Anup Paswan/Korba: Many types of pictures were seen in the two-day Baba Gurughasidas birth anniversary celebration organized in village Pahanda of Korba district. During the event, attractive programs were presented by panthi dance groups. During the event, a young man created such an atmosphere on the spot that the spectators could not take their eyes off his presentation.
Satyendra Sonwani, resident of village Sendri of Sakti district, gave a vivid depiction of the miracles of Baba Gurughasi Das Ji. It is said that Baba used to revive even those who were in the embrace of death, Satyendra Sonwani also did something similar. In the street play, he was buried in the ground by digging a pit. The young man remained buried underground for several minutes and then he was taken out. This street play performed by the youth was highly praised by the people.
Members of the organizing committee said that such programs bring unity in the society and keep everyone connected. This type of event is organized every year with the cooperation of the villagers.
In the two-day Baba Guru Ghasidas Jayanti celebrations, Panthi Nitya and Panthi Geet were organised, where a grand procession was taken out before the programme.
