Eating sesame and jaggery laddu or 20-25 grams of sesame seeds daily can be beneficial.

The properties found in sesame are not found in cashew-almonds either. Along with protein, calcium, fiber, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, vitamin B1, copper and zinc, two compounds named sesamin and sesamolin are found in it, which can work to prevent cancer cells from growing. Apart from this, sesame seeds also help in protecting from heart disease. The reason for this is the phytosterol and polyunsaturated fatty acids found in it, which do not allow bad cholesterol to increase in the body.
Who should not eat sesame and jaggery?
