Beet pickle is a delicious and nutritious option, which not only enhances the taste of your food, but is also beneficial for health. Beetroot contains abundant vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which are beneficial for the body.
Instant pickle recipe
Material:
4 medium sized beetroot
1 cup white vinegar or apple vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper grains
2-3 cloves
1 bottom leaf (optional)
Pickle way
Wash and peel the beetroot and cut it into thin slices or small cubes.
Now boil water in a big vessel and add chopped beetroot and cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes, until they are soft. Sieve the cooked beet and keep it aside.
After this, add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, cloves and bay leaves in a saucepan.
Heat the mixture on medium heat and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. When it starts boiling, turn off its heat.
Now place ripe beetroot pieces in a clean glass jar and put a mixture on them so that the beet is completely submerged.
Close the jar with a lid and let it cool at room temperature.
