Black Pepper and Makhana Laddu: The heavy rains in the entire country including North India and Rajasthan have completely changed the mood of the weather. Where till now it was warm even with AC, the heavy rains and changing weather have forced us to feel mild cold even in fans. As soon as the weather changes, the first effect you start seeing is in the form of cold and cough. But comedian Bharti Singh has found a solution to this mild cold by making laddus. Bharti Singh has made makhana-chickpea and black pepper laddus to give to her child in the mild cold. These laddus have been made by Bharti’s sister, whose recipe she has shared in her blog.

Recently, in actress Debina’s podcast, Bharti told that she still does not give outside food like chocolates, chips etc. to her child. At the same time, she has not yet given sugar to her son Gola. She feeds him jaggery or dates as sweets. In such a situation, keeping in mind the health of the son, Bharti’s sister has prepared these healthy laddus which are not only very tasty but also healthy. So let us tell you its interesting recipe.

Makhana, gram and black pepper laddu

– As the name suggests, to make these laddus you need makhana, gram and black pepper. Apart from this, you also have to take dry fruits.

– The best thing is that sugar or jaggery is not used for sweetening these laddus. Instead, grind sugar candy and use it for this.

– First of all, roast the chickpeas, lotus seeds and black pepper lightly. Try to remove the black outer skin of the chickpeas.

– When all three cheeses are roasted, let them cool slightly and grind them in a mixer. Along with makhana, gram and black pepper, you also have to grind mishri. If you are using ground mishri, then use it as is.

This laddu can be eaten by children as well as adults.

– Now heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, first add ground gram and makhana and mix it. After this, add dry fruits to it and mix all these ingredients with ghee in the pan.

– Remember, you just have to mix it on low flame. When all the ingredients are mixed, add black pepper powder and sugar candy to it. When all the ingredients start to smell mild, take out this mixture in a vessel and let it cool down so much that you can hold it with your hand. Do not let this mixture cool down too much.

– Now make a laddu from it. If you give this laddu to children once a day, they will not have cold and cough. Also, it will be very useful for health. This laddu can be eaten by children as well as adults.
