Hearing was held in two PAN card cases of former Samajwadi Party MLA Abdullah. Two witnesses appeared in the court and were cross-examined. Now the next hearing will be held on 13th February. A case of two PAN cards was filed against Abdullah by BJP MLA Akash Saxena. They allege that Abdullah has made two PAN cards with different dates of birth.

The police completed the investigation of the case and filed the charge sheet in the court. The hearing of this case is going on in the MP-MLA Special Court (Magistrate Trial). The process of testimony from the prosecution is going on. Prosecution witnesses Gulvez and Iqbal Farooq have testified.

The cross-examination of him was completed. MLA’s advocate Sandeep Saxena said that the hearing of this case will be held on February 13.

Another witness was presented by the defense in the two passport case of former MLA Abdullah, son of SP leader Azam Khan. He recorded his statements. Now this matter will be heard on 14th February. BJP MLA Akash Saxena had lodged a report at Civil Lines Kotwali on 30 July 2019.

In this, Abdullah was accused of getting two passports made with different dates of birth. The date of birth in one passport is January 1, 1993, while the date of birth in the other passport is September 30, 1990. The police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet against Abdullah in the court.

Its hearing is going on in MP-MLA Special Court (Magistrate Trial). In this, the process of testimony from the prosecution has been completed. Now the process of testimony is going on from the defense side. A hearing was held on Friday, in which Javed Khan was presented on behalf of the defense.
