Sunita Devi, resident of Jaraiya Gadakheda village of Sasni in Hathras, is proving to be a great inspiration for women. She is supporting her family by driving an e-rickshaw. Along with teaching others to drive e-rickshaw, she is also helping in the progress of the village. Sunita wanted to do something new from the beginning. For this, she formed an 11-member women self-help group under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, a rural development scheme, with women of the same income group as her. Which was named Rani Lakshmi Bai Self Help Group. Along with driving an e-rickshaw, he has made a name for himself in his village by producing spices and grinding them.
Handling the responsibility of conductor with full devotion, has taken the honor
For the last seven years, Reena Sengar has been holding the post of bus conductor with full responsibility at Hathras depot. Operator Reena Sengar performs her duty with full dedication. She has also often won prizes in roadways incentive schemes during festivals. Reena tells that many difficulties come in the post of a manager, but after coming out of the house, she is not afraid of difficulties. Every situation has to be considered with full seriousness and resolved immediately. Reena says that women should see the history of the country. Where women did things which no man could do.
