World Wind Day: How is electricity produced from wind, know why the whole world is watching it

Life cannot be imagined without air, water and oxygen on earth. Oxygen, carbon dioxide and other gases are present in the air. Today, on 15 June, Global Wind Day is celebrated every year to explain the importance of air to the whole world. But do you know how electricity can be produced from wind? Today the whole world is doing research on producing electricity from wind.

Electricity from wind

Let us tell you that after water and solar energy, now electricity will also be produced from wind. Last year, researchers from Massachusetts University in America have produced electricity from wind. Scientists told in their research that the supply of electricity produced from wind can be 24 hours.

Scientists told that humidity is present in the air all the time. According to them, the new device produces electricity by using it. At the same time, this method of producing electricity will also save the environment. This moisture is present in the form of very small droplets in water. Every droplet has a charge and has the ability to generate electricity.

How will electricity be generated from air?

According to scientists, there are water molecules present in the air. When the air passes through a hole smaller than 100 nanometers in the device, it brings these molecules with it. When these molecules reach here, they generate electrical charge. This is called Generic Air Gen Effect. The new device works on this concept.

The whole world is ready for electricity

Let us tell you that the whole world is ready to get electricity from air. Scientists in different countries around the world are constantly researching the technology of getting electricity from wind. Scientists have expressed hope that in the coming times, electricity will be generated on a large scale through wind all over the world.

Initiation of Global Wind Day

The European Wind Energy Association and the Global Wind Energy Council started Global Wind Day. Let us tell you that this day was celebrated for the first time in the year 2007. Although it was celebrated for the first time in Europe, but in 2009 it was decided to celebrate it globally. In the year 2009, EWEA along with GWEC coordinated the program of this day across the world. In 2009, about 300 programs were organized in about 35 countries and about one million people participated in these programs.

Wind Energy

Most of the countries of the world are investing in wind energy by trusting it. Because wind energy has the potential to meet future energy needs.
