This is the story of its creation

It was built in 1954. It is built on 120 square meters of land. There are two floors in the building and there are only four rooms on both the floors. It is said that two brothers got this land in a share from their father. Both the brothers divided the land as Plot A and Plot B. After many years, a road was to be built at that place under the government’s project. One brother agreed to give the land to the government for the scheme, but the other brother refused to give the land at any cost. He wanted that his brother should also keep the land with him instead of giving it to the government, but the brother did not agree and he handed over his land to the government.

the building is empty

To reduce the value of the land handed over to the government, the other brother built this building on his own land, so that if a building is built in place of his brother in future, the people living in the building would not get to see the beautiful view of the sea. . In today’s time no one lives in this two storey building. The place where it is built is called Al Ba’sa, which in English means Grudge, ie malice or complaint about something.
