Yoga Day 2023: Representatives and officials of Mirzapur came to the ground on International Yoga Day

On the occasion of International Yoga Day in Mirzapur, the officers along with the representatives of the district performed yoga at the ground of GIC. Yoga camp was organized at Parade Ground of Police Line. Various types of yogasanas were practiced in the yoga camp. Apart from this, yoga was done at other places as per the protocol.

City MLA Ratnakar Mishra, Madihan MLA Ramashankar Patel, MLC Vineet Singh, District Magistrate Divya Mittal, CDO Srilakshmi VS performed yoga in GIC. On the auspicious occasion of ninth World Yoga Day, under the joint aegis of Patanjali Yuva Bharat and District Yogasan Khel Sangh, National Yogasan Judge Yogi Jwala inaugurated the session of International Yoga Day with Holy Veda Mantras at Police Line Parade Ground of the city. Gave full practice of the protocol.
Similarly, Superintendent of Police Santosh Mishra, SP City Srikant Prajapati, CO City Parmanand, CO Manjari Rao, Regional Officer Umashankar as well as various officers of the high command performed Mandukasan, Shashakasan, Vakrasan, Vajrasan, Bhadrasan, Paschimottanasan, Chakkichalan, Tadasan in the police line ground. Pranayama was practiced along with Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Anulom, Vilom, Bhramari and Udgeeth, Sheetali, Sheetkari, etc. asanas.
