Bokaro News: A young man from Bokaro decided to open a dining shop after watching YouTube videos. Earlier he used to drive Toto, but now he has started a unique onion dish business.

Bokaro In Sector 4 of Bokaro, a unique dish made of onion is becoming very popular among people these days at the fast food stall located in front of Jai Jawan Petrol Pump. Children and old are all eating it with great fervor. This special dish is prepared from onion, which is like a flower in appearance and is very crunchy and tasty in food.
Prakash, the director of the stall, told Local 18 that earlier he used to run Toto, but it did not cost the house. So he started the Blooming Onion Dish business inspired by YouTube video. This dish is completely new in Bokaro and people are very fond of its taste.
Prakash further explained that Potato Twister is also sold along with Blooming Anien on his stall. The price of Potato Twister is Rs 50 and Blooming Onion is priced at Rs 70, which the customers eat with great fervor.

Regarding the process of making Blooming onion, Prakash said that special large size onions are ordered from Bengal. Then they are peeled and pressed into the machine and cut into the shape of flowers. After this, they are immersed in the batter of arrowroot and maida, then they are cooked with bread crumbs and some secret spices and fryed in hot oil. Finally it is served with special sweet and sharp sauce.
Prakash told that 30 to 50 blooming on his stalls are sold daily. Their shop is open from 4 pm to 10 pm. He has spent about 1 lakh 50 thousand rupees to prepare this special stall.
