In such a situation, today we have brought for you the recipe of making Sabudana Rabri. Sabudana is a rich fiber food, its consumption keeps your stomach full for a long time, due to which you remain full of energy throughout the day during the fast. Although during the fast, khichdi or kheer is made with the help of sago, but if you are bored of eating both of these, then Sabudana Rabri can prove to be a best option. It is very delicious in taste, so let’s know about Sabudana Rabri

Ingredients for making Sabudana Rabri-
One cup sabudana
half a litre of milk
1 tablespoon sugar
a banana
half an apple
A cup of cream
2-3 cherries
A tablespoon of pomegranate
For decoration
Saffron threads
rose petals
almond slivers

Recipe for making Sabudana Rabri-

To make this, first soak the sago in water.
After this, pour milk in a pan and boil it on medium flame.
Then filter the sago and add it to the milk.
After this, cook it on low flame while stirring it occasionally till it thickens.
Then add sugar to it, mix it well and turn off the gas.
After this, add cream, chopped apple, cream and banana and mix it.
Then keep this prepared mixture in the fridge for some time and cool it.
Now your delicious Sabudana Rabri is ready.
After this, take out the prepared rabri in a glass.
Then garnish it with pomegranate seeds, cherries, rose petals and saffron threads and serve it.
