Ingredients to make Sooji Paratha
Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili – 1/4 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Semolina Paratha Recipe
If you want to make Suji Paratha for lunch or dinner, then first take a pan and put 2 cups of water in it and heat it on medium flame. Put 1 teaspoon oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt in the water and let the water boil. When the water starts boiling, lower the flame and pour semolina into the water little by little. Keep stirring the semolina with the help of a big spoon, so that no lumps remain in the semolina. Mix this until the semolina absorbs all the water.

Cook semolina (rava) until it becomes soft and fluffy. When the semolina is cooked properly, turn off the gas and transfer the mixture in a bowl and let it cool. When the semolina becomes slightly hot, add wheat flour, cumin powder, celery, red chillies and all other things and mix it well. Now prepare the dough by kneading the prepared mixture well for 5 minutes.
