Ingredients to make Poha Idli
Poha – 1 cup
Rice Rava – 1 1/2 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Fruit salt – 3/4 tsp
salt – as per taste

Poha Idli Recipe
To make delicious poha idli, first take thick poha and put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. If you are using poha first, then increase the quantity of poha according to the requirement. Now put coarsely ground poha in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup curd to it and mix it well. Keep in mind that the mixture of poha should absorb the curd properly.
After this process, add 1/2 cup rice and rava to the mixture and mix well. Upma rava can be used if rice rava is not available. Now mix 1 cup of water and salt as per taste in this mixture. After this cover the prepared mixture and keep it aside for half an hour. After the fixed time, take the mixture and mix it again gently and keep in mind that the rava has absorbed the water properly.
After this add half a cup of water to the mixture and mix it properly. Finally mix fruit salt in the mixture. Now grease the plate with a pot of idli. After this put the idli batter in it and cook the idli for 15 minutes. When the idli is ready, take it out of the pot and shift it in a vessel. Tasty Idli for breakfast is ready. Serve it with chutney, sambar
