Seller Kalika told that he is a resident of Ghazipur. At present, he is living in Bedua locality of Ballia district and is doing the business of selling gram for the last 3 years. People get good response for this dish.
How to make Chana Jor Garam
If we talk about making Chana Jor Garam, the cost is very less but it requires a lot of hard work to make it. Gram is soaked in water in the evening. After filtering in the morning, each chana has to be crushed with a stone and then fried in oil. This is called Chana Jor Garam.
Along with this, chopped onion, green chilli, lemon, gram vegetable, corn crust, lye (muri) etc. are added to it, mixed well and given to the customers to eat in a paper container. This is a very tasty dish. After eating which the brain lights up. No harmful substances are added to it.
