Easy Raw Potatoes Snack Recipe: In the rainy season, everyone likes to eat hot samosas, kachoris, or pakoras with evening tea-coffee. But if you are bored of eating these traditional snacks and want to try something new, then this tasty raw potato snack prepared in 10 minutes can be a great option for you. To make this, you will neither need to boil the potatoes beforehand and let them cool, nor will you need to buy anything special from the market. It is as easy to make as it is tasty. So let’s know the method of making this simple and quick snack.

Make it like this-

Material-
1/2 cup oil
Two large potatoes
Two to three garlic cloves
a chilli
1/2 cup semolina
4 Breads
half teaspoon salt and pepper
half a teaspoon chaat masala
One tablespoon Maggi masala
One teaspoon coriander leaves
half teaspoon chili flakes
half a teaspoon of celery

Method of preparation-
-First of all, take two big potatoes and grate them and dip them in a bowl of water. Now place a pan on the gas and add 2 spoons of oil in it. Now add half a spoon of cumin seeds in it. Now add 2 to 3 garlic cloves, one inch ginger and one green chilli after crushing it.

-Now squeeze out the water from the grated potatoes and add it to the pan. Now fry it for 30 seconds. Now add 2 cups of water to it. When the pan starts boiling, add half a cup of semolina to it. Now break 4 bread slices and add them to it. Now add half a teaspoon of salt and black pepper powder to it. After 1 minute, add half a teaspoon of chaat masala, one teaspoon of Maggi masala to it. Keep the gas low and mix all these things well.

-Now add one spoon of chopped coriander leaves, half spoon of chili flakes, one fourth of celery. Now keep stirring it well. Now let it cook well for 3 to 4 minutes and mash it. It will start looking like a dough. Cool it and keep it in a plate.

-Now add half a spoon of oil or ghee in it and roll it thickly with the help of a rolling pin. Now cut it like a pizza with the help of a knife. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry these pieces. Snack is ready. Serve it with chutney.
