A young man died due to electrocution from a machine while working at a construction site in Delhi. During this, the chest of the deceased was cut with a cutter machine. The relatives of the deceased have been informed about the accident.

A young man died due to electrocution from a machine while working at a construction site in Indira Colony, Okhla Phase One, South-East Delhi. After receiving the information, the police arrived and took possession of the body and started investigating the case. Okhla police has registered a case under the section of negligence. The relatives of the deceased have been informed about the accident.

District police officer said that the deceased Deepak Kumar Jha (37) lived with his family in Indira Colony area. Deepak Kumar was working on the second floor of an under-construction building in Indira Colony on Sunday. While working, he got electrocuted and fell down and became unconscious. At the time of the accident, Deepak was working on making a hole in the wall with a cutter.
As soon as he fell down, the cutter machine came loose from him and fell on the left side of his chest. Due to which a part of his chest was cut. After the accident, the people present there received a PCR call from the police at around 3:34 pm. After the information, policemen reached the spot. However, by then he had died. The body has been sent for post-mortem. Okhla Police is investigating the matter.
